These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to landscaping services provided by J&D ProMaster Landscaping LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We provide landscaping services in Racine, Kenosha, Milwaukee, and the surrounding Southeast Wisconsin area, including landscape design and installation, paver patios and walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, mulch and stone, planting, sod and grading, lawn maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and snow removal.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Prices depend on the size and condition of your property, materials selected, site access, and scope of work, which is why we don't publish prices online and don't quote firm numbers before seeing the site.

Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If conditions we couldn't reasonably see at the estimate change the scope of work — for example, buried debris, drainage issues, or unstable soil — we'll talk with you and agree on any change before doing the additional work.

Scheduling and Weather

Landscaping is weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule for rain, frozen or saturated ground, or unsafe conditions. We'll keep you informed and get you back on the schedule as soon as conditions allow.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your estimate or invoice. Larger projects may require a deposit. Financing is available on qualifying projects — ask us for details.

Plants, Materials, and Workmanship

Plant material depends on watering, weather, and care after installation, and we can't guarantee the survival of plants once they leave our care. Any warranty on workmanship or materials will be stated in writing on your estimate or invoice.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your mobile number to J&D ProMaster Landscaping LLC, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your inquiry and your service. This may include:

• Replies to a quote or estimate request
• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and crew arrival notices
• Service updates, including weather-related schedule changes
• Invoices, payment reminders, and receipts
• A request for feedback or a review after a completed job

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

To opt out, reply STOP to any text message from us at any time. You'll get one confirmation message and then we'll stop texting you. To opt back in, text START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

How we handle your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this site — including text, project photographs, and our logo — belongs to J&D ProMaster Landscaping LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
